Who We Are

A Partner in the Investment, Not a Contractor Hired Into It

BASE REIC is a real estate investment and construction company. We find land, produce the concept and feasibility that make it worth building on, take it through design and permitting, and construct it. The work is continuous rather than handed between firms, which is what makes it possible to hold one company answerable for the result.

That structure changes what an investor is buying. Rather than commissioning a builder against a drawing someone else produced, you are entering a project where the land, the concept and the delivery were assessed together by the party that has to make all three work.

About the company

Everything a Project Needs, In House

Four disciplines, in the order a project passes through them. Nothing critical is handed to an outside party halfway.

Land & Plot Development

The stage that decides most of a project's outcome. We search for and evaluate plots against zoning, access, ground conditions, title and market — and establish what can realistically be built before anyone commits to buying.

City & Regional Planning

Work at the scale above the building: how a development sits within its district, what the statutory plan permits, what infrastructure it depends on, and what it will contribute to — or take from — the area around it.

Architecture & Engineering

Architectural design, structural and building-services engineering, and the technical documentation construction runs from — developed together so the drawing set describes a building that can be built for the money it was priced at.

Engineering & Construction

Delivering the project: procurement, contractor coordination, programme and cost control, quality assurance, commissioning and handover of the finished building.

Whether you are holding land, holding capital, or holding a brief that has not found a site yet, the first conversation is the same one — what you want to own at the end, and what it will honestly take to get there.
