Ours is produced alongside the people who will build it, which means structural spans, service routes, facade build-ups and finishes are tested against buildability and cost as they are drawn rather than after. The output is a coordinated set — architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical — resolved against each other so the first clash is found on screen rather than in concrete.
